LaKrop USA Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES
LaKrop USA offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders over $60. Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
DELAYS, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
LaKrop USA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier and reviewing the available tracking information.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the package and products.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is only available when offered during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
